All walkers are reminded that they must be suitably dressed for the conditions, particularly in winter, and for all A and B walks you need to carry water and a packed lunch.
In winter conditions you need warm and waterproof clothing, hat, gloves, waterproof walking boots. You need to be fit enough to cope with adverse conditions. The walk leader (or other experienced member of the club) may suggest to anyone who is not suitably dressed, equipped or fit, that they should not come on, or continue on the walk. All members are responsible for their own safety at all times, and to assess for themselves their fitness and the prevailing conditions.

The cost of membership is only £2.00 a year, payable after the first walk if you wish to continue walking with us.
We walk on Dartmoor, Exmoor, the South West Coast Path and throughout Devon
We have an extensive walking programme of up to 5 walks a week either Short or Long
We have Social events and walking holidays
